People in the City Writing About the Country (2020)

Feature Length Screenplay

  • When Nate Wilson-Gardner finishes his first novel he believes that he’s first in line to be the next great artist of his generation— that is, until he meets a real artist and has to settle for being the next great artwork, instead. 

  • What is it? People in the City Writing About the Country is a high concept coming-of-age story with dark comedy elements. In the film, Nate is forced to deal with issues of ego, self-importance, and artistic integrity in a surrealist, and sometimes even disturbing way. This is Stranger than Fiction meets End of Tour


Lonesome Lodge (2020)

Feature Length Screenplay

  • Logline: When Hannah Reles travels deep into the New Hampshire forest for a seminar on “finding yourself” at the Lonesome Lodge, she is terrified to discover that she has been lured there by a lost spirit. 

  • What is it? Lonesome Lodge is a low-budget horror film with comedic elements, that examines loneliness through grief, otherness, isolation, and abandonment. Cabin in the Woods meets Annihilation.


The Family (2020) 

Feature Length Screenplay co-written with John Onieal

  • Logline: A stormy Thanksgiving on Fire Island tests the bonds of a family of five polyamorous gay men and their beliefs about the nature of love.

  • What is it? The Family is a low-budget, character focused dramedy that focuses on monogamy vs. polyamory in the gay community, loosely adapted from Shakespeare's Julius Caesar.


The Destruction of Sam Patterson (2019) 

Feature Length Screenplay

  • Logline: Just when chronic underachiever Sam Patterson begins to get her film career off the ground, she runs into a frustrating problem: all of her movies have been made before, by another director… from the future. 

  • What is it? The Destruction of Sam Patterson is a comedic sci-fi, time travel romp. The film follows Sam as she has to choose between legacy and fulfillment. It's Adaptation meets Primer.

  • Notable: Trending script on Blacklist website. Launchpad Top 50 Feature Script of 2019. Quarter-finalist in Big Apple Film Festival Screenplay Competition, and Los Angeles International Screenplay Awards


Las Vegas, New Mexico (2020) 

Pilot 

  • Logline: A group of seemingly random people all begin to have the same dream, so they follow the clues to a hotel in Las Vegas, New Mexico.

  • What is it? Las Vegas, New Mexico is an hour long, sci-fi intrigue script, that focuses on strange circumstances that could have world altering ramifications. This is The Leftovers meets Twin Peaks


Small Deaths in the Big Easy (2020) 

Pilot 

  • Logline: When Faye Bordeaux, heiress to the hot sauce fortune of New Orleans, goes missing, it’s up to her childhood best friend, Bernadette Fotenot, an apathetic gift shop worker, to delve into the dark, ruthlessly exuberant underbelly of New Orleans to find her.

  • Notable: Blacklist Top Trending Scripts List 2018

  • What is it? Small Deaths in the Big Easy is a New Orleans-centric, hyper-stylized, neo-noir comedy. It tells the absurd story of different New Orleans characters in a surrealist, fantastic version of the city. 


WeFeed (2018) 

Pilot 

  • Logline: When Anna Fuentes, a listless “Personalized Clickbait Advisor”, finds herself in danger of losing her job, she has to decide whether it’s easier to solve her own problems or somebody else’s.

  • What is it? WeFeed is a dystopian workplace sitcom, that takes aim at internet culture and outsourcing personal decisions. 

  • Notable: Launchpad Top 75 Pilots of 2018
